VOST Europe

VOST Europe, legally represented by VOST Portugal – Associação de Voluntários Digitais em Situações de Emergência, is a federation of VOST (Virtual Operations Support Teams) in Europe, representing more than 2000 digital volunteers in the european space. From the activities performed by these teams, that are relevant to the Code of Practice, we highlight the monitoring of social networks, the debunking of misinformation and disinformation in near real time, the development of media and digital literacy projects, and fact-checking.
